Convenient Standby Mode

When the day is done, the machine stays active in standby mode, maintaining product temperatures inside the hopper and freezer cylinder at below 40°F, ensuring the contents remain at a safe temperature.

Dairy and Alcohol-Safe Design

Equipped with two 7.3 qt. freezing cylinders and 12.7 qt. mix hoppers, this unit is ideal for both dairy and non-dairy products. The refrigerated mix hoppers maintain temperatures below 40°F until the product is pumped into the freezing cylinders. The system is also rated for mixed alcoholic beverages. The fully adjustable automatic viscosity control allows you to set the desired thickness, and the hopper agitator design ensures consistent product quality and dispensing.

Built-In Safety Features

Light-up “Add Mix” and “Mix Out” signals help you monitor product levels to prevent running out of mix during peak hours. The machine will shut off automatically when the “Mix Out” light comes on. It also features an automatic shutoff if low temperatures or motor overload are detected. The high-pressure switch prevents the compressor from overheating on busy days, adding an extra layer of protection.

Plug-and-Play Setup

This unit requires a 6″ clearance on both sides for proper airflow. It operates on a 208/230V single-phase electrical connection and comes with a cord and plug for easy setup right out of the box. Casters are included, making it simple to roll the machine for cleaning and maintenance.
