The Vulcan 1TR45A-1 PowerFry3 is a natural gas floor fryer with a 45-50 lb. oil capacity and a 14" x 14" frying area. It delivers 70,000 BTU and features solid-state analog controls with a temperature range of 200°F to 390°F. Equipped with two fry baskets, the fryer offers fast heat recovery and high thermal efficiency with Vulcan's ThreePass heat transfer system. It also includes a SoftStart ignition system, hi-limit safety indicator, and easy-to-clean stainless steel construction. This unit is NSF listed, Energy Star qualified, and requires a 120V electrical connection.
