The Pitco® SELV14C2/14T2FDA Solstice reduced oil volume fryer system features 2 split pot units, 2 full pot units, and an automatic top-off feature, designed for efficient frying and oil management. Each fryer uses just 30 lb. of oil, offering the same output as 50 lb. fryers, which helps save on oil costs while maintaining performance. The split pot design enables you to cook multiple products simultaneously without flavor transfer.

This system is equipped with a two-step filtration process to prolong oil life and enhance product quality. It also includes Intellifry 1-12 computer controls with 12 product timers, melt and boil cycles, and an anti-boil-over mode for added safety. Each fryer features a high-temperature safety limit switch, full port drain valve for quick draining, and pivoting immersion heating elements for easy cleaning. The system also includes a Solstice filter drawer and heavy-duty bottom door hinges for ease of maintenance.
