Pitco SELV14C-4/FDA Solstice 120 lb. Electric Fryer System

The Pitco® SELV14C-4/FDA Solstice reduced oil volume electric fryer system is designed for high efficiency and productivity, featuring four units that use just 30 lb. of oil each, compared to 50 lb. fryers. This system includes an automatic top-off feature that stores replacement oil beneath the unit, automatically replenishing the oil when levels are low, minimizing the need to carry heavy oil containers through the kitchen.

The system is equipped with a two-step filtration process to extend oil life, improving both taste and quality. Each fryer features Intellifry 1-12 computer controls with 12 product timers, melt and boil cycles, and anti-boil over protection. Safety is enhanced with a high-temperature safety limit switch, while the pivoting immersion heating elements make for easy cleaning.

Each unit is constructed from durable stainless steel and includes racks to catch crumbs and debris. It also features a full port drain valve for fast oil drainage and a drain extension and clean-out rod for added convenience. The system includes eight fry baskets and removable basket hangers, designed for heavy-duty use and ease of maintenance.
